• We will deliver our advice in a way that suits you – our preference is for face to face financial advice which we can provide in the comfort of your own home, or in your or our office. 
• Where appropriate we will offer the option of video conferencing/meetings.
• We will look to make the complicated simple and make it easier for you to make difficult decisions by having clear communication and a positive communication style.
• Should any issue arise, we will look to deal with it professionally and quickly to your satisfaction.
• We will communicate with you regularly and in an appropriate manner.
